The Oshawa Generals have signed centre Joe Manchurek of the Leamington Flyers. The fourth round selection of the Generals in the 2012 OHL Priority Selection, going 76th overall. Joe will join the Generals for games after the holiday break before returning to play Junior B.
“Joe is a big center with a solid work ethic and good offensive instincts,” said Generals General Manager Jeff Twohey. “He is having a great season in Leamington and we look forward to having him with us full time next season.”
